The successful candidate’s core responsibilities will include, but not to be limited to:
Providing phone, email, web, and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, computer operating systems, desktop applications for all types of computer systems, and applications developed or deployed under this contract.
Serving as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software, all types of computer systems (PC and Mac), and printer problems.
Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 1 year of related experience. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Customer Service oriented.
Ability to effectively work in a team environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
U.S. Citizenship is required. Selected candidates must be able to successfully pass a thorough Government background investigation.
